MOST RECENT COMMISSION STATIONS OF THE CROSS LOCKDOWN 2021
This commission was sponsored by the congreation of St Marys Church Battersea to who I am in utter debt for them believing in me that I could deliver this mammoth project
I had nine weeks to complelte this project for the 15 paintings in the series, which meant on average to produce two paintings a week.
One Station, station 1 in particular was very time consuming and challenging. It was done in two panel and took 10 days around 60 hours to do.
The majority of the paintings, ten of were to go in the bay windows are were smaller in size 2' x 2'.
The paintiings will be placed in situ in a semi-permenent basis in the upper gallery of St Marys.
